Carol J. Rose, a native of San Francisco, relocated to Santa Clara County in 1957, where she attended Cupertino High and West Valley College. In 1972 Carol began a successful real estate career that spanned 25 years. She has been awarded the "Top Achiever Award" from Cornish & Carey Realtors and the "$3 Million Sales" award from Contempo Realty. She is a Real Estate Broker and Graduate of the Realtors Institute. In the late 70's Carol was appointed VP Education for a statewide Realty firm where she quickly earned acclaim as one of the states leading sales trainers. Carol has served on the faculties of: Mission College where she taught Real Estate Practice, and the faculty of the California Association of Realtors, teaching "Ethics, Professional Standards and Legal Aspects of Real Estate". She served on the "Ethics Committee" of the San Jose Board of Realtors.
